KarVelli luxury superyachts Marine Group is the newest division of centenarian “Karavelioglu Shipping Group” opened its doors in 2021, though its maritime history goes back to 1900. From the 19th century to today, it’s operated, constructed and delivered a variety of vessels, ranging from small pleasure wooden Bodrum type gullet boats to work boats and transport ships (both petroleum products carriers and cargo carriers).
Karavelioğlu Group’s, the storied Turkish shipping construction and shipyard that celebrates its 110th anniversary this year, is returning to the international yacht market Show to meet up with its customers in an atmosphere of pure exclusiveness and charm.
Today this Turkish company is building exquisite semi-custom luxury yachts that do very well on both the sales and charter markets. Each K Explorer yacht that comes out of the shipyard is built in compliance with Classes and Coastguard Agency classification standards.

The main design concept is that the boat can be build with an expandable mold system in the base sizes of – 11,50 mt – 13,25 mt – 15,00 mt plus an additional platform of 1.60 mt. The secondary possibility is that the mold is a split mold where can also go in the width and in the length with tween parts to a floating pontoon which can be motorized of 8 mt x 22 mt.

Founder and CEO, Mr. İhsan Karavelioğlu original intention was to buy a Recreational Tiny House with Trailer.
Touring multiple companies, he realized that nothing was being produced that met his high standards.
With this experience as his impetus he set out to create the next generation of Park Model Tiny Homes.
His intention was to provide the same quality and durability while incorporating his values of green production and modern design. The finished result is “KarWheelhaus”.

Who We Are...
We are a very experienced group of people with over 105 years of experience in Marine and Boat construction, as well in villa an tiny house construction and we have professional international sales organizations behind us.
The Group is articulated into three Recreational Business divisions:
- Yacht Division, that’s dedicated to the design, manufacturing and marketing of Steel, aluminum, and composite yachts between 24 and 38 meters long, under the KarVelli brand.
- Yacht House Division are dedicated to the design, manufacturing and marketing of floating homes, flotel in HDPE, composite, aluminum, and steel between 10 and 15 meters long, under the KarVelli brand.
- Tiny House & Steel Construction Division dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and marketing under the KarWheelHaus brand, of Steel-Galvanized Tiny Houses between 7 and 11 meters long.
Now we are building the new Tiny Home models as yachting quality in Turkey, then the production being in Turkey, and we will fine tune the production and the way that it is built together with the serial building system.
The final aim is to produce the tiny -House for USA- EU countries as far as we ahead of the transportation costs. For this we are working build systematic and low cost with our logistic partners.
Our biggest advantage is that we know the Turkish, EU and USA Tiny house building industry and have the best connections, subcontractors, suppliers, and co-builders who are working together with us to realize this project.
We work in partnership with a national and international best design team that has developed designs for world Tiny House manufacturer icon companies.
